I have a lot of gas after eating food that I consider good food, like sweet potato, avocado , banana, cheese. For a long time I do not drink any kind of milk. I did the lactose test and it came back negative. I have tried different kind of milk including almond which is not dairy but still will get gas. I cannot digest egg as a whole but will have to separate the yolk and eat the white only, if by chance a little bit of yolk goes into the yolk will still get gas. Hemp seed and lecithin in my smoothie has the same effect (gas). I tried making milk from tiger nuts will give me gas. but if I eat tigernuts on its own its ok. If I eat almond seed is ok. Through listening to your program and other shows I take probiotics and digestive enzymes accordingly. What do you recommend I should do. Thanks
You seem to be the perfect candidate to have yourself tested for food sensitivities. Here is an article I wrote on the matter that I hope you take the time to read.
Here is how you should proceed to getting yourself tested: https://www.myhealthreport.ca/
